llangollen

Llangollen

Women’s Outdoor Holidays (UK and more)

Fabulous Llangollen has just about got it all! A ruined hilltop castle, the magnificent River Dee, Offa’s Dyke path, a dramatic limestone escarpment, Plas Newydd (home of the Ladies of Llangollen) and the lush meadows and woods typical of the Welsh Borders.
South west coast path

South West Coast Path, Cornwall

Women’s Outdoor Holidays (UK and more)

Many of you have already messaged me to tell me how much you want to walk this stretch of the South West Coast Path. On this stage (our fourth), we will be walking east from Porthscatho to Polperro, which is approx 45 miles over 5 days (actual miles, not Helen miles before you ask). You'll get a day off in the middle for good behaviour and a well earned rest because Cornwall does have a tendency for short steep hills!
Cumbrian History and Rambling

Cumbrian History and Rambling

Women’s Outdoor Holidays (UK and more)

Award winning writer, broadcaster and local historian, Beth Pipe will share the fascinating stories of the local area and its inhabitants, on some less strenuous walks around the Northern Lakes. Don't worry, it won't be all be dry and boring facts and figures - Beth is one of the most fabulous, fun and infectious people (but not in a Covid way) I have ever met!
